Is there a free trial?
Because Benol Care stores protected health information, we don’t offer an anonymous self-serve trial. Instead we start with a personalized demo on realistic sample data, then put a Business Associate Agreement in place before your account handles any live resident data.
Why do I need to sign a BAA?
A Business Associate Agreement is required under HIPAA whenever a vendor handles PHI on your behalf. Signing one protects both you and your residents, and it’s a standard, quick step we complete before go-live.
How is my bill calculated?
Your monthly cost is your plan’s flat base fee — which includes your first home and first resident — plus $49.99 for each additional home and $9.99 for each additional resident. As you add or remove homes and residents, your bill scales with them.
Can I run more than one facility?
Absolutely. Every plan supports multiple homes under one organization, with an “all facilities” roll-up and per-facility views. Your first home is included in the base; each additional home is $49.99/mo. Pro and Enterprise add scheduling, workforce, compliance and priority support.
Is my data secure and portable?
Benol Care is built with HIPAA-aware safeguards, audit logging and least-privilege access. You can export your organization’s data at any time, and we’ll help you offboard cleanly if you ever leave.
